Food Farmacy

Food FARMacy is a FREE 12-week program designed to improve health through nutrition and education, cooking demonstrations, and access to fresh vegetables. This program is open to anyone who is interested in learning how to manage and/or prevent chronic conditions through a healthy diet and learning how to eat healthier in a practical and affordable way.
Dates: Every Tuesday from April 18th – Wednesday, July 5th (No July 4th meeting due to holiday)
Time: 5:00 pm-6:00 pm
